A chess computer looks like a normal chess set that you play against
as if it were an actual human player.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All our U.S.A. orders are shipped UPS ground. This shipping method takes about 1 to 7 business days.
Of course, if you would like to receive your order sooner, you can request a faster shipping method.
All international orders are shipped US Mail. Shipping rates vary for different countries.

Can I exchange it for another?
If you are not satisfied, do not hesitate to exchange any product within 30 days for any other product.
We never charge a restocking fee.

Can I return my chess computer for a refund?
If you are not satisfied, do not hesitate to return any product within 30 days for a full refund.
We never charge a restocking fee.
The procedure for returning any product is as follows;
1. Contact us to get a Return Authorization number.
2. Ship back to us the product in the original packaging with the Return
Authorization number clearly visible on the shipping label.
WE DON'T ACCEPT ANY PACKAGES FROM FEDEX.
3. After we receive the product, we will refund the original invoice price.

Can you help me decide
which chess computer is right for me?
All of our chess computers have the same basic features,
i.e. Staunton style chess pieces, beginner to advanced levels, teach mode, save game,
suggest a move, book openings, chess clock, and a take back the last move function.
Choose a chess computer based on which one is in your price range,
then most physically appealing,
and finally which one has any additional features you might want,
i.e. battery or a/c adapter, playing strength, voice, timer,
auto sensory touch, and so on.

Do you sell chess computers that move
their own chess pieces by themselves?
Is the Phantom or Mirage available?
No, there aren't any chess computers that move pieces by themselves.
Why are your products so inexpensive?
Are your products previously owned, or scratch and dent items?
Are your products out of production, or old models?
We only sell products that are currently being manufactured.
We don't sell any previously owned, scratch and dent, out of production, or old models.
We sell a high volume of merchandise, and control our overhead costs.
This affords us the opportunity to sell at the lowest prices.
Can I get my old Fidelity Electronics chess computer repaired?
Internal electronic parts are no longer available to complete repairs on any of the old Fidelity line.
The technology of the old Fidelity Electronics chess computer line has been improved upon considerably.
