The procedure for returning any product is as follows;

to get a Return Authorization number.
2. Ship back to us the product in the original packaging with

Authorization number clearly visible on the shipping label.

3. After we receive the product, we will refund the original
invoice price.

Internal electronic parts are no longer available to complete repairs
